Here’s what Meggan’s daily eating plan looks like:

Breakfast – Bagel with 2 scrambled eggs in coconut oil, and 3 bacon medallions (low fat)
Snack-Peanut butter, milk, chocolate protein powder and banana shake

Lunch – Lean beef burger, sweet potato wedges, spinach and hummus

Dinner – Salmon, steamed broccoli, and baby potatoes
