Early Life & Passion For Success
In Julia’s early years, she dreamed of moving away from her home country in the Ukraine. Julia said, there were times where the cold would be unbearable, and the lack of internet and common services in the country weren’t be available, which only gave her more motivation to follow her dreams of success. This is one of the reasons why Julia wanted to travel and become a model, to see the world and create a better life for herself.
Julia trains 5 days per week, resting on Friday’s and Sunday’s. She performs cardio after every gym session, making sure to stay fit and conditioned. Although the fitness model can lift heavy, she prefers volume over strength training, usually completing 10 reps per set.
Julia eats clean and is very strict with her diet. She aims to reach specific macros daily to keep her figure lean and toned. Most of her meals are from clean food sources such as lean meats, complex carbs and healthy fats such as avocados.
